Are Morning Sickness And Irresposibility Psychological During Pregnancy?

new Daughter in law, 18 years old, 3 months pregnant, sleeps all day and night, has severe morning sickness only when she has to do something she doesnt want to, and a ver flat affect. totally disregards home responsibilities, has not been to ob doc yet - keeps cancelling appts. Some sort of psychosis going on here??

dear fellow,morning sickness is absolutely one of the early symptoms of pregancy. irresponsibility per se is not a pregnancy complication but the patient may of course feel lethargic and have fatigue due to pregnancy.
