Mouth ulcers can be caused by certain medications but Pilex & Pantoprazole have no such side effects.
You should continue to take the medicines as prescribed. To help mouth ulcer get healed you should take plenty of water. Avoid spicy & sour food. Apply antiseptic gels on the mouth ulcer. Quit smoking.
Keep the mouth clean, always use a medicated mouth rinse or gargle with Listerine water/medicated mouth wash.
You are suggested to get your mouth ulcer examined at ER, to rule out Canker sores. The mouth ulcers should heal within 2 weeks.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
