Pain above the abdomen or above the belly button may be due to small bowel infection or worm infestation or irritable bowel or food Intolerance etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet OfloxacinOrnidazole twice a day for five days. Get it done ultrasound abdomen, stools microscopy and culture. Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
