Hi
I would like to know more details of the illness.
How high was the fever? What is the site of stomach pain- upper abdomen or through out the abdomen? Is it a crampy pain that comes and goes ior does she complain of pain continuously? Is there any loose stools or vomiting?
If it was just fever and little stomach pain and child is active as before, it is likely to be a viral episode.
If fever is not too high,
Paracetamol is the best, given every 6 hrs.
Ibugesic can be used if fever is very high and not coming down with paracetamol.
Anafortan can be used for crampy
abdominal pain on SOS basis.
Oflomac is an antibiotic and is only needed when bacterial infections are suspected.
If its a
viral fever, paracetamol with plenty of fluids will do.
It takes 4 to 5 day for viral episodes to get okay.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wish your girl good health.
