Hi! I am 6 weeks pregnant..yesterday i felt severe pain in my lower abdomen and in the lower potion of my back . I had a fluid discharges with a little spot of blood in my underwear. The pain and discharges stop and there is no sign that i will be having my regular menstruation. Is this a sign that i am having a miscarriage? If that so, why i am not having my menstrual flow after the discharges?
