Are Rashes Around The Vagina A Symptom Of STD?

Hi, I m 28 years old, and I just lost my virginity last week.. Me and my boyfriend went to a rave party, we took ecstasy and then had sex afterward.. He didn t use a condom at that time and there was a time when my vagina didn t lubricated well, he tried to push his penis in.. I stopped him when it hurts.. Later that day I got my period.. Two days after, my vagina burns.. The day after my vagina burns badly and it hurts when I pee.. I also got fever that night.. The day after, the fever went away but the burns gotten worse and I couldn t walk or move, it s just really painful.. I noticed there are rashes around my vagina and it really stings if touched or even when I ran water through it.. I might go see the doctor in two days, but I wonder why it happened? Is this normal? I m so afraid that it s an STD.. And what should I do to cure this?

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. It is clearly that this is not normal. You may be suffering an STD. You have to do a vaginal secretion smeere to determine the couse. I would recommend doxacycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days.
