Are red, watery, light bleeding and extremely painful cramps early signs of pregnancy? And also I have not had a normal period since stopping the depo provera contraceptive three months ago only light spotting and before starting the depo my menstrual cycles were abnormal and occurred every three or four months. Am I pregnant?

After stopping depo cycles need time to get back to regular , hormonal level need to get adjusted for it.
Some amount of spotting seen in few women due to implantation, but spotting alone is not a defenative sign for pregnancy. Get your urine pregnancy test done and repeate 2 or 3 times to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
