Are Semen Analysis Reports Normal Enough To Become A Father?

I am 35 years,
I had Semen Analysis
The following are the result
PH 8.5
Volume 3.5
Appearance: Creamy
Liquafaction: Complete within 60min
Consistency: Viscid
Morphology: 70% normal head and tail
Motility: 60% active and linear
Cells: Pus cells 5, epith 1, rbc 0
Count: 35.7
Agglutination - nil
viability - 50%
Comment: Normospermia

Can I conceive my wife?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like motility,morphology and sperm count are normal.

There shouldn't be any problem in conception after control of infection.
