Are Semen Analysis Results Normal Enough To Become A Father?

i have gone through seminal fluid examination

and report is bellow

quantity:3 ml ,appeareance:milky white ,odour: phosphotugtic lactic acid ,viscosity: viscous, time of liquiication:30.00 minutes , total sperm count: 31 million/ml ,total sperm count per ejacuation :93 milion , grade0(nonmotile):10%,grade1 minimum activity:10%,grade 2(poor to fair activity):10% ,grade3(good activity):10%,grade4 (full activity):60%, total motility:90%,progressive motile:70%,non progressive motile:20%,non motile:10%, abnormality head:10%(macro:5% and micro:5%),sperm agglutination test:absent(head to head), spermatids:1-2/hpf,puss cells:0-1/hpf and salivanoffs test:positive see my report tell me i m able to be father plz repply

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The volume of semen is within normal limits i.e. 3ml.
A milky white appearance, viscous fluid and 30 minutes liquefaction time is also within normal limits.
The normal sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml or 40 million per ejaculate.
The progressive motility of sperms should be atleast 50% and in your case it is 70%.
Minimum of 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
Presence of pus cells in semen is suggestive of infection, however, 0-2 pus cells do not suggest any significant infection.

On the basis of this report, conception is possible.
