Are Sodium Levels Of 111 And BP 190/100 A Concern?

My sister in law was admitted Monday with a sodium level111 BP 190/100 they have done labs with show low na, K, and cl but not much else, CT/ MRI brain, chest, abd, pelvis, EKG,echo, and today eeg... Still no dx.. She is 60 yo. Had Rou-n-y surgery 11 years ago. chronic pain issues, She is edematous and looks 50lbs heavier than she did 3 weeks ago. She is disoriented and confused....they seem to be doing the right tests but nothing is coming up...any thoughts?

The sodium level indicates it could be due to water retention, she would require medication to produce more urine. Please take her to see a nephrologist immediately.
