Are Sore, Aching Legs, Feet And Fingers A Symptom Of Viral Gastroenteritis?
Hi I have viral gastroenteritis which has been going through the school where I teach. On top of normal symptoms of fever, dizziness diroreaha and vomiting, I have really sore aching legs and feet and fingers.. Is that a normal symptom please? Frances
I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. sore aching legs occurs because of electrolyte imbalance, which usually occurs because of loss of potassium which occurs in diarrhoea and vomiting. I advise you to take electrol powder and plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.
Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
