i stopped the pill on feb 9,2011 and got the withdrawal bleed on 12th night,i had unprotected sex from the time i stopped the pill and after i finished withdrawal bleed...then i started to have spotting,backpain,dizziness and heaviness on the abdomen.could i be pregnant?

Hi..according to the time of your cycles,if your menses are otherwise regular, you should not be pregnant most probably..because firstly, you have performed unprotected sex during safe period and secondly, there is some latent period after stopping your pills when you can conceive..however nothing is absolute in biological phenomenon,so its better you perform a urine pregnancy test by self at home and confirm your pregnancy status. If negative, get a gynecological examination to rule out any infections, urine routine examination and take calcium supplements alongwith vitamin d3..
