Are Swollen Fingers And Scalp Psoriasis Symptoms Of Psoriatic Arthritis?
I have swelling and pain of two fingers, index and middle. I can t bend them and have no grip. I also have pain in other joints, and a sma. Psoriasis spot on my head. Could it be psoriatic arthritis? And what are treatment options. I feel awful, very tired
Yes, it could be. Psoriasis needs some treatment with steroids or steroid-sparing drugs and has to be individualised as per patient. You should see a rheumatologist asap.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
