Hello,

If the confirmation is done by Monospot test and it turns out to be positive, then you have to refrain from tennis activity for a period of time till your spleen returns to normal size (time duration varies from person to person). Kindly discuss the same with your family physician for best guidelines and cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
