Are Symptoms Of Angina, Swollen Neck, Painful Abdomen Under Ribs With History Of Sinus Tachycardia Concerning?

Have been having angina symptoms lately, and have swelling on both sides of neck. I can easily feel my pulse on these (pulsating). I also have pain on the left and center side of abdomen under ribs. I am 44. Female. No medical conditions. Was diagnosed with secondary sinus tachycardia 6 months ago by cardiologist but g.p. Said i have normal blood work. Could not find anything.
