I had my periods 2 days ahead of the menstrual cycle and i had sever abdominal and back pain, which was unbearable for me. Also, i had some flesh coming out with blood very frequently probably 2-3 times a day. Usually i have pain during cycles but it is bearable and i don't need to take a pill , sometimes flesh is also there but not so frequent. Are the symptoms normal or should i visit my gynae.
