Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of your test reports is as follows:
The SGOT and SGPT are liver enzymes which are assessed to know the functioning of liver.
The level of both SGOT and SGPT is raised, SGPT being more than SGOT.
SGOT and SGPT are raised in cases injury to liver cells or hepatocytes.
Injury to hepatocytes is commonly caused by infectious agents- viruses, drugs, toxins, autoimmune diseases etc.
Alkaline phosphatase is also elevated.
Alkaline phosphatase is elevated in cases of abnormality or obstruction of the external biliary tract.
Total proteins, albumin and globulin are within normal limits.

I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
A liver biopsy may be required to know the disease process affecting the liver cells.

Thanks and take care
