Are The Soreness On Roof Of Mouth, Lump On The Right Side, Itchy Ears Related?

Hello, I woke up this morning and I noticed a soreness on the roof of my mouth. I felt around and found a lump on my right side. My ears have been incredibley itchy for the last 2 or 3 days. Do you think these symptoms are related? I also have had hard lumps under my ears for approx 3 years that have been constatly dismissed by my PCP. Thank you for your advice.

Hello,

Soreness at the roof of the mouth probably due to pharyngitis. Lump below the ears probably lymphnode enlargement. Ear itching may be due to earblock or dermatitis.

But above findings may be confirmed by examining of oral cavity and external auditory canal. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days.

So please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
