Are The Symptoms Of Sharp Pain In Chest, Pinched Nerve In The Neck And Shortness Of Breath Due To Congestive Heart Failure?

I was told last year I have congestive heart failure. I didn t have any follow up care because of insurance. Now the same symptoms have returned. I feel like something is pressing on my chest some sharp pains what feels like a pinched nerve in the left side of my neck. No energy like something is pulling me to the ground. shortness of breath. sick at my stomach

Symptoms mentioned could be due to congestive cardiac failure . In addition one should rule out whether cardiac ischemia is responsible for the congestive heart failure if no other cause was identified previously. Re-evaluation and adjustment of dosage of medication is advisable.
