Are The Symptoms Related To Flu Or Chest Infection Having Phlegmy Cough, Heaviness In Chest And Headache?

30 minutes ago I started to get a phlegmy cough and its suddenly really bad and my chest and throat feel heavy, i have a headache too. Do you know if this is just a normal flu or chest infection? I get worried easily, but I know this is nothing serious. Thanks :)

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise this problem.
Take some decongestant, analgesic medicines for 2-3 days.
You can take cough syrup as well.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
