Are There Any Interactions Between Tylenol And Valium?

I am due to have an MRI tomorrow. I am claustrophobic and my dr. has prescreibed 5MG Valium to help with this. However, I also have chronic cough resulting from earlier throat surgery that worries me when I have an MRI. Dr. has prescribed 1 tablet of Tylenol-Codeine No. 3 to take care of that. I have justg read that these 2 meds. together can cause a problem. Are the amounts I will take safe?
