I had a tumor removed from my parotid gland a week ago and a dew days after the surgery I had a pin rose drain inserted foe drainage of excess saliva in my cheek and neck. Its a week after the draininserted and the saliva has not stopped draining and my end is afraid I have a fistula and may have to get more surgery to remove the rest of my gland if the flow does not stop. Are there any other treatments other than surgery to help correct my saliva flow?
