Are There Any Side Effects For Nurotrosy SR For Joint Pain?
Hallo Doctor, Since a year my left arm joint not able to raise my hand straight up and there is a pain in shoulder joint. I am a diabetic patient since 10 years. After consulting Orthopaedic doctor he suggested following medicines and exercise. The medicines are: (1) Nurotroy SR 15 Tablets - one each every day. (2) Adipene one each every day. (3) Myoflex SR one each every day. Please suggest each medicine what way it is useful and is there any reaction.

Nurotroy sr is a vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid supplement which is useful in diabetic neuropathy patients. This multi-vitamin supplement is a very safe drug and can be taken regularly. Adipene is also nutritional supplement containing multivitamin and mineral. Myoflex SR is a muscle relaxant which will reduce any muscle spasm and associated pain
