Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Darolac And Zanocin ?
my son is suffering from nephrotic syndrome since past 10 years now he is 11 years old but as on now he is suffering from diarreah and severe stomach pain for past 2 days now diarreah is under control after giving him darolac and zanocin tablets but unable to bare the stomach ache please suggest what tablets should i give him for this stomach ache please reply

It seems like your doctor suggested a bacterial etiology of the loose motions that is why he has prescribed you the zanocin tab.
It is perfectly okay to give darolac(pre-probiotic) and zanocin together.
For stomach pain you can give tab. cyclopam half tablet 3 times a day after food.
