Hello, - It looks like your doctor is appropriately tapering down your steroids and treating the steroid induced diabetes - Uncontrolled blood sugars can cause sugar to be passed in your urine, but it is uncommon for it to affect your sweat - I would suggest you have a repeat blood test for sugars - Try to check your sugars at home with the finger stick device as well Take care.
