Hi, Endometriosis is growth of endometrial tissue out side the uterine cavity. THe brown spotting you get is from inside the uterus. It is a sign of thretend abortion,& not endometriosis. PLease continue with the treatment adviced by your doctor, take bed rest till you are 15 weeks pregnant. Some times progesteron injections are given for hormone replacement. Please consult your doctor for spotting you have, you may need injection also. Thanks.
