Hi,
I am a 26 year old male.
I have been diagnosed with Phimosis and a Frenulum Breve.
I have been prescribed a complete circumcision by my surgeon.
I'd be happy to go for it because sex is rather too painful for me.
But I have read elsewhere on the internet that circumcision depletes the sensitivity of the penus especially for adult males. Is that true? I'd rather like to keep my foreskin if it can be helped.
Are there other methodologies other than complete circumcision that I could undergo? Perhaps make a cut on my prepuce for Phimosis and elongate my frenulum using Frenuloplasty?
Again, i don't expect a cure, but rather some expert opinions on whether conservative surgery can be applicable on such cases.
Other facts:-
1. My penis would be 5,5 inches when erect.
2. A tight ring does form when I slide the foreskin down the head of penis, even when it is not erect.
3. The ring becomes extremely tight if I witness an erection and the frenulum hurts.
