I got a scan done recently and there is a mild angular kyphosis centred C5C6 where is disc narrowing disc dehydration and ostephytosis. Axial scans show a small right paracentral disc protrusion which impinges on the surface of the cord. There is bony enroachment on the exit foramina bilaterally. No other findings.. is this serious
From your query the situation does not appear to be serious but further progression must be controlled by taking proper precautions. It also depends on your symptoms and how severe is the pain. You may have to reduce certain movements in the neck region to avoid discomfort.
