Have a nice day. Sperm motility is dependant on many factors, dietary being crucial as many micronutrients are needed in the process of sperm production, maturation and motility. Zinc is one of these nutrients necessary for proper motility and sperm maturation. Taking these vitamins which the doctor prescribed you may help. Also keep your diet rich in complex carbohydrates and protiens. Daily consumption of 1-2 glass of milk with a portion of fresh or dried dates will help you achieving the desired level of sperms health. Stay blessed.
