Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Are Tingling And Paralysis Of Hands, Lips And Legs Symptoms Of Vitamin Deficiency?
i have tingling and paralysis of hands lips, face and legs is this dehydration? Is there a vitamin defeciency? Deficiency rather Its very intense and almost a slight burning feeling as if the circulation on the tips of my fingers is gone. becomes tough to breath because my stomach and chest area seem to be numb as well. this happens every so often and I m wondering if there is a vitamin I can take. I m drinking water and sometimes that helps but not sure..
I need to know how is your diet? If you are a strict vegetarian or not? Yes this could be due to vitamin deficiency and if you are not taking your diet properly then it could be multiple vitamin deficiency ike vitamin D and B complex.
I suggest you to get tested first for these deficiencies and then get treated. You might need your doctor to take your complete history, examination and then treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. SAMEEN BIN NAEEM
