Are Unusual Nodes Noticed In A CT Scan Indicative Of Cancer?

I had ct scan one year ago and some nodes were found. Last week I got another ct scan and an added node was found. My doctor suggested coming back for another scan in three months. Is there a high likelihood that I have cancer. I have not smoked in 26 years but have been exposed to construction materials-drywall dust, insulation, saw dust, etc. in small quantities. I run about 20 miles a week and have been for a long time. I have been forced to slow my pace running considerably in the last year-1 minute per mile slower. Thoughts?

There might be a possibility of having node , but i think it is not malignant (cancerous) as your doctor has asked you to pay visit after 3 months , just to be assure that its not dangerous. so i think there is nothing much to worry about , rest you can ask to your consulting doctor
