Hello,

I read your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Let me recapitalize your case:

- suffering from labyrinthitis for the past 10 weeks
- after bed rest time you are now mobile but weak and aching a lot around hips and legs.

After going through labyrinthitis, it is normal to feel tired and weak. Take your time to fully recover.

Being immobile for 10 weeks is enough to weaken your hips and legs muscles and joints. They will need time to get the normal function again. Try not to overload in movement, take multivitamin supplementation containing calcium, zinc, magnesium, etc.

Try to eat well, and eliminate the stress triggers in your life.

If the symptoms aggravate or they last for longer please see your doctor as further evaluations are required.

Hope it helped
