Firstly, your symptoms are not due to Tamiflu, but due to
viral fever. I cannot comment why Tamiflu was started when the viral tests were negative.
Further, The symptoms of viral fever last for 5-7 days. Viruses involve the muscles, leading to body aches, while cough with phlegm is primarily due to viral infection or, due to superimposing bacterial infection. Irrespective of antibiotics, it will take some time to resolve.
Except
Paracetamol (Crocin) for generalized
body pain,
Cetirizine for nasal and respiratory symptoms and, high calorie diet + plenty of water orally + bed rest are the only precautions required in case of viral fever.
Get your
Platelet count done, which can go down and cause bleeding tendencies, in viral fever.
