As Per The Blood Test My Thyroglobulin <20 (<20IU/mL)and After 7 Days It's 26.0 (0.0-4.1)positive. Is It Improved?
Hi, I took a blood test and have been hypothyroid the past 3 years. I have taken two blood tests recently 7 weeks apart. The first blood test showed my thyroglobulin <20 (<20IU/mL) and the second one 26.0 (0.0-4.1)positive. What is this mean has there been a big change from the first blood test? Thank you

Confirm it by also measuring antimicrosomal antibody ..... Your antibody level increasing that suggest you might have uncontrolled hypothyroidism secondary to hashimotos ..... So if I know your TSH level than with proper dose levothyroxine can be started. .... If hashimotos confirmed life long thyroid supplementation needed ....
