At 84 Years, I Have A History Of Heart Trouble,

At 84 years, I have a history of heart trouble, have experienced A Fib ablation, 4 bypass surgery, and aortic heart valve replacement. Among my medicines, I take 1 Carvedilol twice a day, 1 spironolactone each morning and recently added amlodipine to bring my bp down from around 200/90. I was told to take 1 (5mg) tablet, but if it was too much to take only 1/2. Later I was told to take 1/2 twice a day. My bp has dropped to about 160/80, but for the last 3 days, my pulse has dropped also (53, 59, and today 51). My chest feels heavy – and I am having a little difficulty in breathing.
