Atrophic Changes In The Pancreas, No Pleural Effusion At The Lung Base. Showing Myelolipoma. What To Do Next? Need Biopsy?
Please explain, CT abdomen & pelvis shows no infiltrate or pleural effusion at either lung base. Spleen is normal. Liver is normal. No calcified gallstones. There is atrophic changes in the pancreas . No pancreatic mass. Dated the multiple fat containing adrenal masses. On left, 1.2 cm in the superior adrenal & 2.7 cm in the inferior adrenal. On right 2.1. Represent myelolipoma because the their fat content. What is the next step? Any biopsies needed to get a definite diagnoses of the pancreas & adrenals?
