Now I am fine and able to walk , rather a little limp , also but the part above knee is swollen. it does not pain but my concern is that when will it subside. I do some leg bending exercises too.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You had good treatment, and rest, i advise you some more hints to have a comfortable recovery. For lower limbs, actual immobilization is for 8 weeks. So for 2 or 3 weeks more have a controlled movements.Avoid strenuous exercises. Keep the knee high while sleeping. Tie the brace, upto beyond the swelling of the knee, if still continues, visit your doctor once. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
