Baby Boy Weight Decreasing. What Is The Reason & Its Solution ?
I got a baby boy and is 28 days old. Birth wt 2.7kg, discharge wt 2.2 kg. after 15 days it went upto 2.7 kg but again has decresed to 2.2 kg. Intial first 15 days baby was more on Formula milk (90%) after this ratio chaged to 50% formula 50% extracted mothers milk from pump. Baby is too gassy and sometimes we give Cyclopam Is the decreasing what a concern ?

Yes decreasing weight is a cause for concern. If the child has not been ill, loose motions then we will have to rule out other causes of weight loss like malabsoption which is quite common in children. I hope u r feeding the child adequately, and why are u giving formula milk when u should be exclusively breast feeding?
