Baby Passing Dark Green, Yellow Stools. Having Rash On Face. Drinking Lactogen. Cause Of Symptoms?

My baby is 4 months old, I have two question.
1. The color of her stool is dark green first time and then it will be yellow. Is it normal? She is taking Lactogen 1 as I am working mother and the flow of my breast milk is low. Please suggest.
2. Recently I found rash in my baby's face only. whats the cause of it?

Hi, Thanks and welcome to HCM.
Some change of color is normal as you are introducing formula milk.
You can go ahead with Lactogen-1, no problem.
Rash can occur to an infant due to allergy or even by insect bites.
If it does not pass off within 3-4 days, you may consult pediatrician.
