hi, i m 21 years female. i was facing back pain during menstruation. after my menstruation got over, the back pain remained for 2 3 days. Back paini took antispasmodic mixed with analgesic for temporary relief. simultaneously i have semi solid stool just once a day or sometimes twice a day from past 2 3 weeks almost. 2 days back i started having pain in upper stomach espcially after meals. my urine is vry concentrated and dark yellow in color. i m confused. i have many symptoms together. what am i likely to suffer from? i m very worried about my health . plz take your precious time to answer my query. thank you.
