General & Family Physician, Dr. Jaydeep's Response
I would like to ask when did you start with this symptoms, if it is acute like started in 2 to 3 days back, it seems to be a muscle spasm. Adding your pain is radiating to shoulder, neck and face it goes in favour of muscle spasm.
Still as your breast pain is there i would ask you to do self examination of breast and see for any lump you find, as fibromyoma is common, which can be confimred with a physician on his examination in clinic.
For muscle spasm, a muscle relaxant plus a pain killer combination may be helpful to cure your problem.
