HI SIR I AM SUFFERING BACK PAIN FROM LAST 6 MOUNTHS I HAVE TAKEN SOME TREATMENTS NO USE, AFTER THAT ONE DICTOR CONSULT MRI SCANING, IN THAT SCANING REPORT CAME LIKE THIS CAN U PLEASE SUJJEST ME WHAT STEP I NEED TOOK. INFECTIVE SPONDYLO DISCITIS OF L2 AND L3 VERTEBRAE WITH ASSOCIATED PRE, BILATERAL PARA VERTEBRAL AND EPIDURAL SOFT TISSUE THICKENING AND ENHANCEMENT AS DESCRIBED - LIKELY TO BE TUBERCULAR.

Hello,
This means you have tuberculosis/TB of spine that is pott's spine.It is one of the common and serious kind of infection.You will need to take medications for long term.Intermittent follow ups are needed to judge response to medications.
