I WAS WORKING IN A CHAIR FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND WHEN I SUDDENLY GOT UP THERE WAS TERRIBLE STIFFNESS AND WHEN I CONSULTED THE DOCTOR WITH X RAYS WHICH SAYS THAT LUMBAR SPONDYLOTIC CHANGES WITH REDUCED INTERVERTEBRAL DISC SPACES AT L-4-L-5,L5-S-1 LEVELS LUMBAR LORDOSIS IS LOST FEW MARGINAL ANTERIOR OSTEOPHYTES NOTED CAN U SUGGEST TREATMENT EMAIL: ksrmoorthy61@yahoo.co.in

Consult a ortho doctor immediately. He will in better position to help you out with treatment and exercises. You might need to wear a belt also.
