having bad pain in the middle of my back and it hurts when i breath also getting dizzy

Dear user ,you have not given the history like how long you are having pain etc.
Any way if the pain is of short duration one or two days it could be some muscular spasm. You will be alright in a day or two if you take some painkiller along with muscle relaxant medicine.
