I have experienced back rash that continues to worsen with time.,at times it's very itching other times its sore..I am experiencing many odd changes with my skin..I had a skin infection on my breast near past breast reduction scar area.. About a month ago.. I always feel fatigued and without energy when I am no working

Hi,

You are having rash on back. It is pruritic and some time there is erosions and infections. There is some impetigo like lesions on and near scar on chest. And you also feel fatigue.

All abve symptoms might be related to some internal disease with dermatological condition. Theremay be prurigo ..increased by stress and mental upsets.
You should be thoroughly examined and investigated to rule out DM,HIV,anaemia or other internal disease.

For that you consult dermatologist and physician.
Antihistaminics and steroids in tappering dose may alleviate your skin complaints. Steroid cream would be helpful to improve prurigo.
Infection of skin may respond to antibiotics.

Fatigue and other systemic complaints may be improved by medicines prescribed by physician after the diagnosis ...
