Back Spasms, Dizziness, Shallow Breathing, Tremors. Advise?
I am 14 and a female. I have a long history of having bad back and bones. Yesterday (May 1 2013) I was dancing in choir when a sudden shock went trough my body and shearing pain in my back that took my breathe away. I continued dancing because it had happened many times before. Once we were finished I couldn't move or breath. I was shaking, my back was spasming, I was super dizzy, and I could only take shallow breathes. It went away but this morning I bent over to pick up some clothes and it happened again. This time every breathe I made restarted it all over again. I had to stay home from school and now on a heating pad. My mother gave me a muscle relaxer but it's still hurting pretty bad. Could you give me an answer of what's happening????
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The symptoms that you are having could be related to a vitamin D 3 deficiency. A generalized viral infection, or an electrolyte or hormonal imbalance. This needs proper investigations to detect the cause. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
