Hello,

Fatigue is a symptom of thyroid problem which commonly occurs due to hormonal changes during menopause. Get clinically examined by a GP and get T3, T4, TSH done. Chest tightness, shallow breathing associated with vomiting may be indicative of developing cardiac problems.

Get all required cardiac screening tests done, like blood test, Lipid profile, blood pressure, blood sugar, CBC, stress tests, echocardiography, electrocardiography, coronary angiogram, you will be asked to get done cardiac CT and MRI. This is to stay on the safer side. If reports show concerning result, you will be treated accordingly.

Take digestives and PPIs to get relieve from discomfort, pain and gas formation. You will feel better, will be willing to eat and get good sleep. If diabetic, control your blood glucose level at all costs, else it will trigger tremors. For tremors get NCV test & few other tests done. You can take Nerv Up OD, once daily for 7-10 days for nerve health.

Take homemade food, avoid taking processed and packaged food. Do not take oily, spicy fried food. Keep yourself adequately hydrated & take at least 8 hours sleep. Stay away from anxiety & stress, physical or emotional. Menopause is a natural physiological process. As the body adjusts with hormonal changes you will feel better.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
