Hello, I have problem regarding at the back of my thigh their is swelling and now the size like a palm of baby. Its not hurt but when every winter it will cramp ... Do I need to get on surgery ?

I would advise you to visit a doc and have him examine it and have a diagnosis in hand.
It might be a benign soft tissue tumor which could be left alone but rarely it could also be something serious.
