Bacteria In Nasal Passage Leading To Blood From Nose With Soreness In Sinus Area, Also Have Bile Cancer. Which Part Do We Worry About?
My husband's doctor told him he has bacteria in his nasal passage. He put him on 10 days of antibiotics,
My husband has some light bleeding of the nose that occurs without warning, a cough, soreness around his nose and sinus area, chills and does not feel well. His doctor told him that if it is not better in 2 weeks he should see an ENT doctor as they may want to do a biospy. He had a 7 hr. Whipple surgery done a couple of years ago before we were married, and has bile duct cancer. He has 6 month scans, and had the last one just a month ago. n They said everything looked good, he has not lost weight and has been feeling well, until now.The doctors that did his surgery said they would do one more 6 mo scan, and then do a yearly. The cancer was in 1 lymp node. Should I be overly concerned about the nasal bacteria?
