Bacteria Present In Urine Analysis. Few Renal, Epithelial, Pus Cells, RBC Found. Advice Required?
Hi! I am 52 yrs. old female. Just had my urinalysis & could you please help me interpret the result ; Color yellow Transparency slightly turbid Sugar negative Albumin 4+ pH 6.5 Specific gravity 1.026 Pus cells 8-12/HFP RBC 100/HFP Epithelial cells few Bacteria many Renal cells rare Thank you very much. Thanks for your query,
The first possibility is Urinary tract infection with Nephritis as you have four plus Albumin passing in urine with presence of pus & blood.
The second possibility is of stone with urinary tract infection with Nephritis.
I think you should consult Urologist he will see Your kidney function test S.creatinine along with USG & othe blood test to conform diagnosis.
